Course Description

In this course, students will learn how to manage and recognize risk in an organization's IT project. It involves the process of managing the project’s budget, timeline, and resources to ensure the project's completion.

It also involves identifying and resolving the risks associated with IT projects during the project lifecycle and is responsible for coordinating and communicating with clients, team members vendors, and other various stakeholders to achieve the project’s objective on time.
